Privacy Policy

OurAg (ourag.farmetrics.ai) and OurLand (ourland.farmetrics.ai) are operated by JJ Agritech Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use OurAg and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name and profile details those providers share with us.
  • Your questions and our answers: the questions you ask, the answers we return, and any feedback you give, so we can operate, audit and improve the service.
  • Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Voice input (optional): if you ask by voice, your browser’s built-in speech recognition turns speech into text before it reaches us; depending on your browser, that audio may be processed by its provider (for example Google or Apple). We receive only the text.
  • Usage and technical data: how many questions you ask each month, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

  • To sign you in, provide answers, enforce plan limits and bill your subscription.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To improve answer quality. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that run OurAg on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (hosting, sign-in and email), Stripe (payments), Google and Apple (if you choose to sign in with them), and AI model providers (Anthropic and Voyage AI) that process your question to generate an answer. Each is bound by its own terms to use the data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, plus local storage on your device for your recent answers (so they can be opened offline). Signing out clears them. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Retention and your choices

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing jon@farmetrics.ai. Billing records may be kept longer where the law requires. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Manage billing in the app.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

OurAg is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
